Specialist Glazing Projects Limited Refunds Policy
In order to cover the cost of design and or procurement of materials we may ask you to provide a deposit payment to secure the project and allow us to proceed with the project.
Due to the nature of the design, procurement and installation of glazing installations a refund or credit on a deposit payment is generally not offered unless required under UK law or other relevant consumer protection laws.
If you would like to request a refund or credit on a payment, you should email email@example.com in the first instance.
We will assess the request for a refund or credit on a project by project basis and on its individual merits, considering the nature of the work that may have already been carried out by Specialist Glazing Projects with respect to design, material procurement and installation. We will also review the information that was available to you before the payment was made.
Specialist Glazing Projects will have no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following;
- you have changed your mind about the works;
- you made a payment by mistake;
- you do not have the ability to install the items (where items are supply only);
- you ask for goodwill;
- your project has changed and the items are no longer required.
If we decide to issue a refund, this will be refunded in the same manner as the payment was made. Therefore, if the payment was made using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse.
